Games are essential for our lives .From this sentence we can explain that it is the basis of our childhood and due time this is getting lost in the new young generations .so I would like to depict that we should play games and enjoy our life and it is also benifit our health and purifies our mind . It is a good exercise .some games that gives us good physical exercise are - Football , cricket, hockey etc and many more .but this generation of children don't know what is was like playing in the field and getting our hands dirty .Today they stay inside and look at the mobile phones and tablets playing video games .watching content and thereby destroying their eyesight and also getting out of shape obese and unhealthy. So I urge all the young generations to play outside and enjoy the fresh air and feel the sunlight .
People so take inspiration from all the players who secured gold , silver meadels and made our country proud .say for example people like Hima Das ,Marry kom ,Sunil chetry etc and many more they are a beacon and a shining light . And I urge the youth to sink in the fact that those people made a name for themself and so can you if you don't atleast try ..
